12. Bring your awareness all the way horizontal out to the mental controlling
point and keep your awareness within the points for next 5 min. a relaxed
way. Be neutral observing at impulses and thoughts. Just let them passing
through you..
13. Bring your awareness into the center of the head - pineal - crown
- focus point - I.D. point. Bring your awareness in both side of your mental
field all the way down to heart chakra.
14. Bring your awareness to the harachakra.
16. Bring your awareness to both footpoints and keep it there for next
2 min.
